![]() Overall it's a very nice oven appearance wise and cooks well. The oven does cook well and temperatures seem to be spot on. I guess we were used to our previous convection oven. The only other think is the amount of time preheating takes. These issues are tolerable but wish they were better. Second is the touch screen is sometimes not very responsive and you have to keep tapping the screen. First is the audible alarm to indicate preheat complete and cook time complete is not loud enough even on maximum setting. There are a couple of cons that we are not too happy about though. This oven is also larger interior wise which is good. New features are touch screen and wifi connectivity. The new oven has some nice features the old oven didn't have. ![]() Unfortunately with prices rising so fast and so high we had to purchase a regular oven instead of the convection oven we had previously. It was almost a perfect fit in the wall cabinet. Like The Oven We bought this oven a couple of months ago to replace a 26 year old oven. You’ll also notice that on this site and Home Depot all positive reviews say they are part of a sweepstake or promotion, Hmmmm We are so frustrated at this complete lemon of an oven and no warranty from Whirlpool that we finally gave up and bought new GE kitchen appliances this weekend. Software download (which we had to do ourselves) fixed nothing. Simply said “download a software update” and left. Tried to get Whirlpool warranty, after hours of my time to set up a technician came out and literally never even touched the oven. Inside the oven there is no consistency in temp - everything burns on top and cooks much less on any lower level. Temperature fluctuates wildly, like over 100 degrees off from set point in both directions. From day 1 the touch screen doesn’t function right, sometimes doesn’t respond at all. Worst oven I have ever used or owned in my life. ![]() Worst oven I have ever owned This came in our new construction home.
